TAPC Compliance Framework
Environmental Protection
TAPC employees, contractors and partners are subject to compliance of the National Environment Protection Act.
Enforcement and compliance of the act ensure a healthy environment that supports thriving, liveable communities and a flourishing environment.
There are three fundamental compliance steps used by TAPC to enforce regulatory requirements both in Australia and abroad.
- Engage: A variety of multimedia sources are used, and even created by employees , to appeal more to the senses of employees and increase the likelihood of engagement.
- Educate: Provide governance training and compliance courses to educate employees on laws, regulations and company policies that apply to their day-to-day job responsibilities.
- Enforce: Implement effective compliance procedures to manage risk and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
