Pasminco Cockle Creek Smelter Pty Ltd Acid Tail Gas Scrubbing System

Scope of Work

Design, supply, fabrication, installation and site supervision of a Monsanto Enviro-Chem DynaWave® Scrubbing System for SO2 Tail Gas.

A special feature of the design is that zinc oxide slurry is used in the scrubbing process which produces a zinc sulphate product which is used back in the smelting process plant.
